Offer tools to students / citizens in values, disciplinary processes and technical knowledge that allow them to design and develop an intelligent life project improving habits and attitudes for a better quality of life, with responsibility, under the principle of honor, discipline and goodwill, adding to the continuous improvement, peace and reconstruction of the social fabric.
